FAQ

No display or poor picture quality

If there is no display on the TV, check if the TV is plugged in and turned on, and not in standby mode. If no standby or power light appears, ensure the power has been turned on at the wall and the power lead is securely connected to the back of the TV. If there are still no lights and the wall outlet is working with other devices your TV may require an assessment at a service centre.

If your TV turns on but shows no display, try pressing the menu button on the TV or remote control to see if you receive any on-screen display. If there is still no display your TV may require an assessment at a service centre.

If you have poor TV picture quality, try to rescan the channels on your TV. You can also try viewing another external input source e.g. DVD player or a games console. If the problem exists on multiple inputs, your TV may require an assessment at a service centre.

For more information or instructions refer to the product owner’s manual. A soft copy can be obtained from here.

Please note that charges will apply for any non-warrantable faults or if no fault is found.
