  • Q: Can I purchase the Extended Support Plan for a Toshiba Notebook purchased overseas?

    A: The ExtraGuard Extended Support Plan can only be applied to Notebooks imported and distributed by Toshiba Australia. The extended support plan option for Toshiba Notebooks purchased overseas or distributed by other Toshiba subsidiary is available from their country of purchase.

  • Q: I have just purchased the Extended Support Plan, what do I do next?

    A: You need to register online or complete the registration form and return to us by mail within 14 days of purchase to activate support.

  • Q: Do I benefit from free courier pick up and return on warranty repairs?
