FAQ

No sound or poor sound quality

If you are experiencing poor sound quality from your TV, try adjusting the sound options in the settings menu. You may try changing the sound setting to ‘Standard’ or changing the bass boost to Mid, Low or off.

If there is no sound at all, check the volume control has been turned up and the TV has not been set to mute. Ensure no devices have been connected to the headphone port of the TV. You can also try testing with another external input source e.g. DVD player or a games console.

For more information or instructions refer to the product owner’s manual. A soft copy can be obtained from here.

If you would like your TV to be assessed, visit our website here to find your nearest service centre.

Please note that charges will apply for any non-warrantable faults or if no fault is found.
