How do I rotate the display on my Journe F801 frame?

 

The Journe F801 photo frame has a built in sensor that will rotate the image on the screen as you turn it.

If this isn’t working or you would like to do this manually you may follow the instructions below.

1. Confirm your screen is in Photo mode. You will be able to confirm this when you tap the function buttons on the front; the description Photo will appear on the top left hand side.

2. Press the Option button.

3. Use the down arrow button to select Rotate.

4. Using the across arrow buttons select the angle that you require. Note: You may choose from 90, 180 or 270 degrees.

5. Once the appropriate angle is selected press the Back button.


Further Troubleshooting

How do I disable the built in sensor?

1. Confirm your screen is in Photo mode. You will be able to confirm this when you tap the function buttons on the front; the description Photo will appear on the top left hand side.

2. Press the Option button.

3. Use the down arrow button to select System Setup; press the Select button.

4. Use the down arrow button to select Tilt; use the across arrow button to select Off.

5. Press the Back button to exit.
