The keyboard and touchpad on the dock of my Portege Z10t-A intermittently stop working

A recent firmware update has been released to rectify an issue where the keyboard and touchpad on the dock for the Portege Z10t-A may intermittently stop working when connected to the tablet.

Please download and follow the step by step instructions which can be found from the following location.
