    A: This service is provided by Toshiba MobileCare and selected Authorised Service Providers.

  • Q: Can I purchase the Replacement Guarantee for any Notebook?

    A: The Replacement Guarantee is available for any Toshiba business Notebooks.

  • Q: Which replacement Notebook will I get?

    A: We will replace your Notebook with the current equivalent model.

  • Q: What would happen to my data if my Notebook is replaced?

    A: Toshiba recommends that you always keep a data back up. In addition Toshiba will endeavour to reinstall your original hard disk drive on your replacement Notebook.

  • Q: How soon would I get the replacement Notebook?

    A: Toshiba aims at delivering your replacement Notebook within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Q: Can I purchase the Replacement Guarantee beyond 12 months of my Notebook purchase?

    A: No, This service is not available beyond 12 months of the Notebook purchase due to availability and compatibility factors of the replacement Notebooks.

  • Q: When can I purchase the Replacement Guarantee?

    A: The Replacement Guarantee must be purchased within 30 days of the Notebook's purchase.

  • Q: Will the terms and conditions of my standard warranty be affected by the purchase of the Replacement Guarantee?

    A: It won't, this service is supplemental to the Toshiba warranty. It does not change the Toshiba warranty terms and conditions.

  • Q: Can I purchase the Replacement Guarantee for a School Notebook Access Program (SNAP) Notebook?.

    A: No, the Replacement Guarantee is not available for SNAP Notebooks.

  • Q: I have just purchased the Replacement Guarantee, what do I do next?

    A: You need to complete the registration form and return to us by mail within 14 days of purchase to activate service.

  • Q: Do I benefit from free courier pick up and return on this service?

    A: Yes, Courier pick up and return is available in Australia and New Zealand.
